Biggie Smalls or The Notorious B.I.G. is an icon in the music world. He rep- resents the unique creative culture of Hip Hop raised in Brooklyn still so many years after his tragic death in 1997. Biggie is, in so many ways, a monumental figure so we are working to erect The BIGGIE Memorial in Brooklyn to be an anchor point to commemorate this bigger than life figure.
